Terms of use
These terms describe the use of Play & Earn Daily and its free-to-play rewards features. The service is provided under FusionxGames, India.
1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old. Use your own Google account, keep access secure and provide accurate details when requesting redemption. Do not impersonate another person or use another person's payout information without authorization.
2. Free play
There is no deposit, paid entry or coin-purchase feature. Coins are earned through qualifying in-app activity. No purchase, payment to our team or sharing of a UPI PIN/OTP is required to release a reward. Do not pay anyone claiming they can unlock a withdrawal.
3. Coins and redemptions
The current conversion is 1,000 coins = ₹10. Qualifying coins, minimum amounts, available methods, review status and denomination availability are shown in the app. See the Rewards & redemption rules for current details.
Submitting a request deducts/holds the selected coins and starts manual review. Submission is not proof of payment. Rejected requests refund the held coins. Payout timing and gift-code availability may vary; the app is not a promise of a fixed income or automatic payment.
4. Fair use
Do not use bots, modified clients, fabricated referrals, manipulated answers, replayed requests or multiple accounts to abuse rewards. Do not exploit a bug or attempt to access another player's account. We may review suspicious activity, correct demonstrable errors and restrict abusive access. Contact support to dispute a decision or report a missing legitimate credit.
5. Advertising
The app is supported by ads. Watching or clicking an advertisement does not earn redeemable coins. Do not click ads to support us or generate artificial traffic. Advertising availability and consent options depend on your location, settings and providers.
6. Content and third-party services
The app's software and content belong to its publisher or licensors. Personal use does not transfer ownership. Google sign-in, advertising, banks, UPI and gift-code providers have their own relevant terms. Google and Amazon do not sponsor this rewards program.
7. Privacy and deletion
Read the Privacy Policy and Delete account & data instructions. Account deletion requests do not require reinstalling the app.
8. Changes, availability and your rights
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We update the displayed rules when future reward arrangements change; contact us about a pending request or credited balance affected by an error. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law continues to apply.

Optional third-party surveys
Where available, CPX Research surveys are a separate optional activity. The provider determines eligibility, availability and the reward shown before you begin. Opening, clicking or merely returning from a survey does not earn coins. We credit the amount confirmed through a verified provider callback; confirmation can be delayed. A screen-out may qualify for a small bonus or no reward.
If the provider cancels a reward, we reverse that transaction once. If the credited coins have already been used, the unsettled reversed amount is recovered from subsequent credits and further withdrawals are blocked until it is settled. Your displayed wallet does not go below zero. Contact support to dispute a missing or reversed reward. Do not use false profiles, automated answers, VPN/location manipulation or multiple accounts to abuse surveys. CPX and the relevant survey partners have separate notices and participation terms.
