Ludo Battle: Online & Offline

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This policy covers Ludo Battle: Online & Offline, package com.gyangaming.ludobattle. The game's current Google Play developer display name is FusionxGames (previously Gamers Nation). This page is provided through FusionxGames.

1. Contact

Privacy and account requests: gamerscashoffical@gmail.com. The existing app/store support contact, contact@gyangaming.com, may also be used.

2. Information processed

The game uses a player ID, including for a guest account when it connects to the server. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides account details such as name, email and profile picture. Game records include progress, virtual coins, items, wins, settings, matchmaking entries, room codes, online match moves/results and timestamps. Hosting providers receive basic connection information such as IP address and app version. We process information you send to support.

The current Ludo Battle release has no ads and does not use an advertising ID or automated crash-reporting feature. It does not request contacts, photos, precise location or payout details.

3. Purpose and providers

Information is used to run the game, save progress, provide online matches, validate rewards, prevent abuse and answer support. Google sign-in is optional; Firebase provides authentication, the database and online game services. The existing Firebase project processes game data in Singapore, outside India, and provider operations may involve other locations. Communications with the backend are encrypted in transit.

4. Other players

For online play, your player name, player ID and selected avatar, frame, pawn and dice appearance can be transmitted to the server and other participants. Your email and Google profile picture are not shown to other players. When Google sign-in supplies a starting player name, it uses your first name; you can change the in-game player name.

5. Guest and local data

Guest progress and settings are stored on your device; online guest activity is associated with the guest player ID on the server. Clearing local data may make unlinked progress unrecoverable. Linking/signing in enables account features. Your Google password is not collected by the game.

6. Retention and deletion

Account information is kept while needed for the account. Online match records can include seat colours, moves and the public name/look used in the match. On a verified deletion request we delete or anonymize associated account and match data within 30 days, except limited records needed for legal obligations, disputes or fraud/security investigations. We explain any such retention and remove or anonymize the records when the need ends. Provider backups follow their own retention processes.

Use Delete account & data for a request without reinstalling the app. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete server data. Your Google account itself is not deleted.

7. Children and choices

The game's existing terms are for players aged 13 and over; under-18 users need a parent or guardian's agreement. The game is not directed at children under 13. Contact us if a child's information needs attention. You can choose guest play, edit your player name, or request account correction/deletion.

8. Sharing and changes

We do not sell personal account information. Data is shared with the providers and online participants described above, or where legally required. See Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information. If a future release introduces ads or materially different processing, its policy must be updated. The date above identifies this page's latest revision.
