Request deletion of your Ludo Battle account and associated personal data from this page. Requests are handled manually by FusionxGames.
Request deletion by email
Email gamerscashoffical@gmail.com with the subject Ludo Battle — Delete my account and data.
- State whether you want your entire app account and associated data deleted, or only specific data.
- Include your player ID and whether you used Guest or Google sign-in. If you cannot access the game, provide the sign-in email or other details that can help us locate the account.
- Send the request from the email linked to the account if possible. If you no longer have access, explain this so we can verify ownership another way.
This opens your email app. Review and send the email yourself; clicking this button does not immediately delete anything. You can also compose the email manually. No app installation is required.
Verification and timing
We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify account ownership. Never send a password, UPI PIN, bank login or OTP. We complete a verified request within 30 days. If limited records must be retained, we explain what is kept and why.
What is deleted or anonymized
We delete or anonymize the account/profile, cloud progress and associated matchmaking, notice and online match information, subject to the limited retention described below. You may also request deletion of only specific associated data.
What may be retained
Only limited records necessary for legal obligations, fraud/security investigations, resolving disputes or payment reconciliation may be retained after deletion. We limit their use to that purpose and remove or anonymize them once the need ends. Any retention relevant to your request will be explained in our response. Service-provider backups and independently controlled provider records follow their own retention processes.
Device and Google account
Deleting the app or signing out does not by itself delete server records. Clear app storage or uninstall to remove local app data after requesting server deletion. Your Google account is not deleted by an app-account deletion request.
Other privacy requests
You can use the same email to request access, corrections or deletion of specific information without requesting full account deletion. Include the game name so the request goes to the right team.
Existing in-game option
The current game also has Settings → Account → Delete account. Its online cleanup attempts to remove cloud save/profile, open matchmaking entries and notices and the sign-in account, then clears local app files. If offline cleanup removes only device data or reports a server error, send an email request for the remaining server records. Account-linked match records are deleted or anonymized through the verified request process.
