Ludo Privacy Policy

Offline games, local saves

Ludo and Snakes & Ladders run on this phone without an internet connection or account. Player names, colours, computer choices, token positions, dice outcomes, turns, results and preferences are stored locally to play and resume the latest match. Starting a new match replaces the previous saved match after confirmation. Gameplay records are not uploaded to us. Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled.

Advertisements and network information

Version 1.3.0 includes Google AdMob banner ads on the home screen and interstitial ads at a completed-match transition. Games remain available if an ad cannot load. Ads need internet access. The Google Mobile Ads SDK can collect and share your IP address (which can estimate general location), ad interactions, diagnostics and device or account identifiers for delivering and measuring ads and preventing fraud. We do not run a gameplay analytics or automatic crash-reporting service. Earlier offline versions 1.1.3 and 1.2.0 did not include these advertising services.

Age groups and advertising privacy

Version 1.3.1 asks you to choose 12 or younger, 13–17, or 18 or older before any advertising request. No age group is preselected or given a gameplay advantage. This age group is saved on your phone, not uploaded as a birth date. We do not ask for a date of birth. For everyone younger than 18, ads use child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment. For adults, these restrictions are not set, and Google User Messaging Platform checks applicable privacy and consent requirements before ads can be requested. The child/under-age treatment flags derived from your selection are sent with advertising requests. All ages receive maximum G-rated content and non-personalised requests. Android advertising-ID and Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions are removed. These settings reduce advertising data use but do not mean ads process no data. An Ad privacy choices button appears in Settings when Google requires it. Player names and game records are not sent to Google or us.

Permissions and external services

Internet and network-state permissions are used for ads. We do not request precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or shared storage. No deposits, cash rewards, purchases, online multiplayer or sign-in are offered. Google Play and device services may separately process installation and diagnostic information under their own policies. Website and support links open external apps. Delete local data and manage choices

Clear storage in Android Settings > Apps > Ludo > Storage or uninstall the app to remove local matches, age group, privacy preferences and settings. This cannot be undone. Clearing storage also lets you choose an age group again. No server-side game account needs deletion. Clearing local app data does not automatically erase information held independently by Google. Use Google's privacy tools or contact Google for its advertising information. You may play without a network connection; offline play does not send ad requests.

Support, retention and your requests

If you email gamerscashoffical@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and information you choose to include, to respond and investigate. Email and website providers process information needed to deliver those services. Do not send passwords or payment details. For access, correction or deletion of support information, email us and identify Ludo / com.classicludo. Verified requests are handled within 30 days. Limited records may be retained for legal obligations, security or disputes; we explain applicable exceptions. Local gameplay data stays until replaced or cleared; Google manages advertising retention under its policies.

Security and policy changes

People sharing a phone can see its player names and match state. Keep your device secure and updated; no system is completely secure.
